Dear colleagues,

I'm writing because I have been using Moneybookers.com to receive the payments for translation projects from some overseas customers in Spain, UK and Ireland. One of my clients in South Korea tried to send me a payment of $104.80 for an English proofreading that I did in July but I can't receive the payment. The payment transaction doesn't go through.

Any of you know what could be wrong with Moneybookers now?

Ask your client for a screen print of the transaction and contact Moneybookers.

Search for the error Aug 24, 2011


  • Did this client ever send money via Moneybookers before?
  • Did he get any error message? (Maybe his balance or transaction limit is temporarily used up?)
  • What does Moneybookers' support say about it?

Dear colleagues,

I'm sorry about the delay replying to you. The Moneybookers account of my client in South Korea was blocked that's why he couldn't submit the payment to me.He finally did PayPal.
