Hi,

I would like to know if some people have worked for a particular agency (and not been paid by it) and I know agency names can't be mentioned in the forums. I therefore would like to know how to send a global email to all/certain groups of members in order to find out if some of them have worked for this agency.

Thanks for your help!

TRADL

"Request more ratings" in the BlueBoard Jun 22, 2004

Hi,
Have a look at the BlueBoard FAQ:

6. I would like to ask others to provide feedback on a particular agency. How do I do that?

If the client is already listed, click "Request more ratings" from the client's details page. This will cause a request for feedback to go out to all those who have subscribed to such notices.

This is possible every 30 days - I just triggered a request for the outsourcer you're looking for.

Just in case someone's wondering: Tradl contacted me yesterday, so I knew where to look...

HTH, Ralf

thank you for both contributions Jun 22, 2004

Thanks Ralf!
I've tried contacting the agency again today but no one there. Guess I'll have to rely on the mother company and that woman getting back to me.
What happens if the company's gone bust? I'll never get paid will I?
:=(

Frankly, in such a situation I wouldn't rely on anyone.
- Did you send a written invoice? E-mail invoice are convenient, but in a critical situation, "black and white" rules.
- Did you send a reminder, preferably by registered mail?

Sadly, that's a possibility. What you should ensure is that there's evidence of your services, and of your invoice.

Good luck, Ralf
