I've tried contacting the agency again today but no one there. Guess I'll have to rely on the mother company and that woman getting back to me.
Frankly, in such a situation I wouldn't rely on anyone.
- Did you send a written invoice? E-mail invoice are convenient, but in a critical situation, "black and white" rules.
- Did you send a reminder, preferably by registered mail?
What happens if the company's gone bust? I'll never get paid will I?
Sadly, that's a possibility. What you should ensure is that there's evidence of your services, and of your invoice.
