Infogreffe is where it all happens Nov 2, 2012

You can find it here, Helena:

In fact, you can launch a procedure from there, too. Mind you, you can't do that if you're in the UK: you'll need to contact the European SCC, I believe.

Good luck!

Link Nov 2, 2012 Follow the procedure "court orders to pay" (injonctions de payer), at the bottom of the left column. Please note that the procedure itself is without charges, but the decision of the court has to be handed over to the client "in person" by a bayliff. His services are not free and he will dress a small invoice (about €70).
Of all procedures which are still pending at this stage, 75% can be resolved.
Do it quickly, before the company will be bankrupt.

Why not an EEO? Nov 2, 2012

Otherwise, the competent court is either the Tribunal de Commerce or the Tribunal de Grande Instance as far as I am aware.
