There has been a change of URL for the EU small claims e-portal. Instead of the online form to fill out, forms are now downloadable from: https://e-justice.europa.eu/content_small_claims_forms-177-es.do

Translators and interpreters working in the EU might want to save the link in their favourites.

Reminds me that I must get round to deleting the form I still have stored there. Fortunately, the proof that it was all ready and waiting to go was enough encouragement for my client, and of course there won't be a next time for that particular ex-client.icon_wink.gif
