Do you charge for the translation of images and graphics? do you change the format of images and graphics if necessary? if so, do you charge for that? how much?

Only if you are asked to do so, you can use a graphics editor like PaintPro Oct 15, 2013

The translation of graphics and images can be charged in case the translator can count the number of words embedded in the image and if he/she is asked to do so. (this also depends on the number of images to translate). In case of a huge localization project which involves several image captures and graphics, buttons etc. you can charge based on the number of graphics or simply apply a flat rate on the translation of all the graphics.

In general, when you are asked to do so, you can use an image editor like Photoshop, PaintPro etc.

Hope this help.
