I have done hours and hours of transcription but never done time coding. A client asked me for transcription, time coding, every few seconds, and translating the text later on. I am not sure how much I may charge for the time coding as I do not know how long that may take and how time consuming that could be.
Any suggestions is welcome.

Hi. You don't charge for time coding. Mar 1, 2014

It is a part of the job. There are some programs that apparently make it easier to insert the time codes. Inscibe is one of them. The rate for transciption is quite high as it is--you can increase the rate to one that is customary in your language pair, but you don't charge extra for tine codes.
