Hello everyone. I'm a young initiate in the world of web localization and software localization.

The questions are as follows:

1) What are the rates for words?
2) as He has requested a quote as I can analyze the number of words excluding those that are repeated in a short time?

It is highly repetitive texts.

Thank you for the advice / help.

It looks like you're just starting out. The following may help you:

1) The following links should give you a general idea of what other freelance translators charge:
http://search.proz.com/employers/rates
http://www.proz.com/translator-rates-calculator/

Again, use only as reference. Choosing a proper rate in an extremely important step - don't neglect it.

2) That will depend on the source format and a couple of other formats. Most CAT tools have built-in word count tools which can handle various file types and report repetitions (100% or partial).

If you're not ready to invest in a CAT tool, you may try specialized word count software such as:
http://www.anycount.com/
http://www.practiline.com/
http://ginstrom.com/CountAnything/

Hope it helps you get started
