I´ve asked the agency about the "Caution" and they´ve answered I won´t be subject to U.S tax or nonresident withholding rates.

Hope it helps others with same doubts!

I just signed one myself and when I read your first post I did wonder about the 30%. Now I don't have to worry at all!

Sharing experiences and helping each other is one of the best things of the forums. And as someone who helped me on this issue said, all agencies should ask for translators to sign the W-8, or better, we ourselves should ask for it, to avoid problems later.
