Dear all,

I recently changed my card details on Paypal and had to get again an extended use number. After putting the figures in which appeared in my bank statement I wanted to make a transaction, however, I received the message "transaction failed due to card not being verified". But I don't get the button "get extended use number" either anymore.

When I started using Paypal with the previous card it all went well.

Does anyone have a clue what to do?

Thank you!

I managed to get an answer from their customer support after three e-mails, which is a great improvement really.
