I have received this e-mail several times. It has been sent from same e-mail id and it smells SCAM. Here's the content:
I will need the services of a PRIVATE TRANSLATOR for my son for 90days.
The TRANSLATOR should get back with the below details :
YOUR SPECIALTY IN TRANSLATOR FULL NAME COUNTY YOU CAN SERVE COUNTRY LOCATED AN IDEA OF YOUR CHARGES
l will be looking forward to hearing from you.
No, I have not replied because it appears to be a scam.

I did not receive this particular e-mail, but I received some e-mails looking like that: somebody with extremely bad English, looking for private translators, or worse, something like a call-girl. I never replied.

I got the same one. Couldn't resist the intuitive movement of my index finger towards the 'delete' button. Looks like the described before scam when they will pay you much more first, then ask to send the extra somewhere, and in the end it will turn out the wire you got is a fake one and you will kiss good bye to it. Still, the money you have sent to some account were yours, really.
