Paypal is only for credit card holders. If you don't have a credit card, never use paypal. Otherwise you cannot withdraw your own money.
It happened to me when I successfully created an account and started receiving funds from my client. Then suddenly my account is limited since I have never entered any CC information. Now I cannot withdraw or send the money although I am still able to receive it. Are they confiscating my money?

Frankly, my accountant would go through the roof if I started accepting payments through either PayPal or MoneyBookers. I only accept bank transfer and can't really see a reason for any other payment method.
What's wrong with a good old fashioned bank transfer?

Hello,
Regarding Money Bookers, the steps to register are more or less the same as in PayPal? Because I registed in Money Bookers and tried to link an account in USA and/or Europe and I was not allowed. As this happend some time ago, I do not remeber which the problem was. However with PayPal I have not problem at all, to make or receive payments

I was charged 3.9%+0.30USD on a transaction so either rates went up and they cant be bothered posting it on the website or there's a hidden fee!!
It was Only 10 bucks but I wonder had it been more...
