There are very few Norwegian-English dictionaries available on Internet, although I do know of a few specialized ones that are sometimes useful. If, by online, you mean electronic dictionaries, the best sources are the general and specialist dictionaries made available in the Wordfinder and iFinger interfaces. It would be useful if you could be a bit more specific about what you are looking for.
