Off topic: Looking for accommodation in Stuttgard for son aged 18

My son is going to Stuttgard from approx. 8th to 21st July 2008 and is struggling to find any accommodation near Schwaikheim. We have tried all youth hostels and cheaper accommodation, but no luck. Would any of you nice people be willing to put up with a well-mannered, nice young man on his first travels alone?
