Hello,

My boyfriend and I will be travelling to the West Coast in September/October and we're looking for a good place to stay in Vancouver that's preferably within walking distance from the downtown core, or from which public transportation is accessible.

Any suggestions/recommendations on B&Bs, hotels, motels, hostels, etc. welcome.

Thanks!

Erika

HI Erika, best hotel in Vancouver. I've been in it but never stayed, however, numerous friends say it is the only place they stay in Vancouver - on English Bay and affordable. Their site is:

Thanks for the tip, Paula! I've already written to them to find out the rates for when we'll be in Vancouver. So far, it looks like one of the most inexpensive places to stay in the city, which is making me lean toward it...

All the best from Montreal,

Erika
