I don't live in Paris and have never been to this shop, but I have ordered from them and they have a huge range:
La Maison du Dictionnaire, 98 bvd du Montparnasse, 75014 Paris.
Their website shows you the extent of their stock:
I'd also recommend going to Gibert Jeune-land, Place St Michel, for more directionless browsing (the second-hand section is excellent). I can easily waste a day there.

You also may find some interesting dictionaries at the Librairie Attica, 106 bd Richard Lenoir, 75011 Paris, Tue-Sat 10 am-7pm.
After shooping, don't miss a romantic walk on the Canal Saint-Martin.
Been there a lot of times but never expressly for dictionaries
