Hello,

I'm seriously thinking about graduate or post graduate studies in Translation in order to give more credit to my work and to simply gain more knowledge which has always proven to be good.

My question is if you know of any program that allows to study over the Internet (exams, courses...etc.) without the need of moving.

I found this program (http://www.ustboniface.mb.ca/su/coursparinternet/certificat.shtml)in Canada but I was just wondering if other programs of the same nature existed elsewhere.

Best regards,

MoH

Hello Maria,

Thank you very much for the information.

I'm gonna take a look at it as what they offer seems very interesting.

I am currently studying a Masters Degree in Legal Translation at the City University London.
It is a two year course, you have to be there 4 times a year for taught 4-day courses in class. You do not have to move to London, most of my fellows travel even from Bahrain!
You have two options for obtaining a degree: either you study 8 modules for a dipTRans or you write in the ninth module a dissertation.
The course is ok , but you have to spare quite a lot of time for it.
