That means I won't have to work my butt off translating any more. Any islands for sale? | | | But some people do believe it! | Oct 30, 2003 |
When talking about the Nigerian scam I had mentionned the lottery, and somebody found that discussion when surfing in the web and wrote to me telling that she had paid almost 4000 euros, and that they had all her Bank details and even her signature. Maybe we (people working and using emails and Internet a lot) are aware of this, but I think that we can warn our friends and family about this kind of scam.

You have therefore been approved for a lump sum pay out of One Million United State Dollars (US$1,000,000) CONGRATULATIONS!!!"<... Looks like I almost rose an argument... I agree with Jarozlaw's idea, but not 100%, and... same goes with Andrzej. Knowing my country and my people, I would not give the money to the people, but would invest in facilitating them mainly education and health. Educated people get creative, and find their own way to work. This is what is presently happening here among many communities. They grouped, and started joint microventures. Obviously, there are still looooooooots of people who want "daddy government" to give them everything. On the other side, Andrzej, the present government is not doing bad at all. It's an overwhelming task to get the country, and it's people back to track. It will take many many years, but we'll manage. IMHO Cheers! ▲ Collapse
