A very practical site I've come across - I'm sure we've all wanted to shout that out sometime, whether on this site or on other fora: "Let me Google that for you" www.lmgtfy.com

You type a term, say "Trados", click Google search and are then given a link that you can pass on to the clueless asker that needs to be taken by the hand, step by step, through the complex googling process: www.lmgtfy.com/?q=trados

... or presumably whatever language is indicated by the country of your mail address.
Results come up in English.

I prefer AltaVista for my searches, because I find it easier to do Boolean searches and select the language etc. but that´s a detail.
