Is it Recommend to Subtitle in Creole for Haitian Audience?

Hi All,

My client is posting a video online about their Haitian missionary work after the disaster. They would like the Haitian audience to be able to understand their video so we were going to subtitle it in French and Creole. Is it recommendable to subtitle in Creole, and if so, what dialect? Also, what is the written form for subtitles for Haitian Creole? I just want to make sure we provide exactly what is needed.
