It's a girl!!!! Lucy Anne Siobhan Kachur was born on Wednesday, 3.3.04 at 2.30 CET in Bingen. She weighed in at 3420g and was 52 cm long. We're both back home and are doing fine, although my skills at typing with just one hand while holding a baby need a bit of practice. Hope to be back online a bit more soon!

Alison

PS That 3rd name is Gaelic and is pronounced Shi-fawn.

Congratulations to both of you!! Mar 5, 2004

I hope for you everything's fine.

Nothing to do about it: yet no boy - hence you'll probably have to give it another try.

All the best

Steffen

Congratulations to all persons concerned Mar 5, 2004

What about speech-processing technology? I guess you should give Lucy a dummy before you try so.

Would be a good exercise for her; children seem to pick up sounds very well. Without dummy would be an even greater exercise, because she starts to imitate, but I guess your client isn't happy with texts like
"Agreement ta-ta between X (hereafter ...

Great name! Mar 5, 2004

Hey Mummy and little Lucy Anne Siobhan!

Congratulations to both of you!

Alison, I was recently talking to my Irish neighbours about names and since they mentioned Siobhan, I had RESERVED it for my girl one day...

Well, I guess I am too late. But I am not too late to wish you good luck and many special moments together.

All my best!
Stefanie

Such happy news! Mar 5, 2004

Dear Alison,

Congratulations to you and your husband on the birth of your baby daughter. That is such happy news. Also congrats to your other children.

I love babies and am dying to see a picture. Don't mind us greedy folks, just take your time, when you have a spare moment. Hm, spare moment, that sounds like wishful thinking.

Anyway, all the best and lots of love and happiness from South America.

Lucinda.
