I was wondering if anyone had authored and published an eBook (or if you know about someone else's experience). I'm looking for feedback on tools to use (with a preference for Android versus Apple).

I would also like to find feedback on tools that allow you to easily insert images, sound, and interactivity. In other words, an iBook Author for Android. But I would be interested in iBook Author feedback as well.

I've just started looking into this, and there is so much information to wade through! In any case, I am basically against Apple's iStore restrictions when you use iBook Author, and that's one of the reasons why I am leaning towards Android.
