Apparently toll-free Jul 27, 2004

This section of the A20 appears to be toll-free (sans péage):

http://www.limousin.equipement.gouv.fr/ZZ_A20/accueil/route_a.html
"Autoroute sans péage gérée par l'État, l'Occitane A20, de Vierzon au sud de Brive, traverse 5 départements et deux régions sur 280 Km"

Also confirmed at http://www.autoroutes.fr/voyage/itineraires.php?lng=2
(It specifies no toll for this route. Compare for instance Marseille --> Lyon, and it tells you "Péages (2) : FRA : 19.60 EUR"
