I couldn't access more than the first page (she is not on that page) - too many connections. Your friend may use this alphabet explanation (http://www.omniglot.com/writing/thai.htm) trying to identify the first consonants of the name and, when matching, the other letters. I hope he can't find her name.

Unfortunately the name of the girl your friend is looking for isn´t in the list, but he can visit the site and register her name there.
