I stumbled across this link, which offers linguistic fun: www.ojohaven.com/fun/correct.punctuation.html

Then I remembered this joke, that I heard several years ago in England:
An English professor wrote these words on the blackboard: "A woman without her man is nothing." Then he asked his students to punctuate it correctly.
All the males in the class wrote: A woman, without her man, is nothing.
All the females in the class wrote: A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Hi Pnina,

If you're interested in punctuation have a read of "Eats Shoots and Leaves" by Lynne Truss, a very amusing look at where to put apostrophes, commas, semi colons and the like. It's well worth a read.

Regards

James
