Dear colleagues
I am intending to visit Buenos Aires for 2 or 3 months in the next few weeks. I want to know what life is really like there, so I am hoping to stay with a family or anyone with a spare room. I wonder if any of you would be able to offer me accommodation?

Naturally it would be best if you shared my interests: music (I will be bringing my guitar – but I’m not that good so need to practise a lot!), football (Boca Juniors, anyone), and tango (my real reason for coming is to learn this lovely dance properly) plus all sorts of general cultural interests.

I would be more than happy to help improve your English conversation and need to vastly improve my Spanish. As I am hoping to do some work, I would also need to get Internet access to download jobs.

I hope you are able to help
Thanks in advance

I cannot help you with this but I can give you the telephone number of a friend of mine who has a big apartment in the Belgrano area (really nice). She hires the rooms at reasonable prices.

Boca Juniors, anyone)

I know several places where you can take tango classes.

Why don't you repost in the Spanish Forum? Just an idea. Not all Argentine proZians come to the Off-topic forum, but most of us go to the Spanish Forum.

See you soon!
