This one I like. Nov 13, 2006

All those violent video games are a real shame!
This one, I like it!
Thanks.

Didn't understand at all what is expected of me. Guess I stay with SolSuite.

Great! I am proud of myself :-) Nov 13, 2006

Started with "easy level" and ended up with 62710))) That's a nice relaxation...

Shoot 'em up! Nov 13, 2006

Juan and Cisternas, I am glad you enjoyed it! I did too, even though shoot 'em up games aren't usually my thing either

Veronika, that's a nice score you got there. I think I got in the 61k with 97% accuracy when I played. It does get a lot harder around the 40k mark!

Heinrich, the aim is to shoot down the words before they get a chance to shoot at you. To do so, you must type them correctly in the designated box as they appear, and hit Enter.

If they manage to hit you, your health level will decrease. From time to time you will see 'fullhealth' appear on your screen. At such times you can boost your health by simply typing 'fullhealth' and hitting Enter.

There is also a 'detonate' option for when the words are too many and coming at you too fast - detonate blows them all up in one go. Again, to use this you simply need to type 'detonate' when the option is presented to you, and hit Enter.

I hope this makes it clearer!

Not bad at all... Nov 13, 2006

It took me some time to work out the "detonate" and "fullhealth" bits, but I reached 46,200.

Most of all it was fun. And helped me practise the English alphabet: translating into Italian I never use all those "j", "k", "y" and "w"... had to race around looking for them....

That was fun! Nov 13, 2006

Given that I don't translate into English, I also had to put an extra effort to find the "x"s and "w"s. This game is a great complement to the touch-typing software I'm using to learn

Ok, you don't have to thing Nov 13, 2006

I was wondering if I have to make new words out of those present. Easy level is too easy, I'm untouchable.
But English alphabet is too easy, I miss those äöåüß I'm using all day long.

A Polish version would be interesting.

Cheers
Heinrich
