Office 2004 for MAC, how to read files in Hebrew or Russian

Hi there,
I have Office 2004 professional and just yesterday I have come across two files, one in Hebrew and one in Russian, but the characters used are obviously not supported by my computers, so I couldn't read them properly. Had a look on the (unhelpful) help for word, but have not found where I should get these (and similar) fonts. When I installed Office, I did a complete installation, so it should not be in the disk either. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Andrea
