Does anyone know a way to sort a list in Excel so that it changes automatically when values change? I have my clients' list and the number of projects for each client. It's sorted in alphabetical order. I am trying to make a new list on another sheet, linked to the original list, and sort it by the number of projects, so that when the numbers change on the original list, the order of the second list changes automatically. I have tried the "rank" function and it works as long as there are no repeated numbers. But as soon as two clients have the same number of projects, it gives an error. Any ideas how this can be done?

Thank you for your help.
