This problem started a week ago. I usually draw up my invoices in Word and convert them then into pdf to send it to the client.

It usually worked well, but suddenly the header (I have a template for the invoices with my office address, phone, fax, e-mail and current date) does not show in the pdf version. I cannot remember having changed anything in acrobate reader.

I have not found anything suitable so far.

Anybody familiar with this kind of problem?

I don't have an answer Apr 13, 2011

but try providing more details, like your Office version and how you export the files to PDF.

More info Apr 14, 2011

Hi Uros,

I work with Windows 7, MS Office 2007.

I save the document in Word as docx and then again via the office pin > save as > pdf.

Regards,

Katja

The only way Apr 14, 2011

I was able to reproduce this is to put the header text in a text box (or another Word autoshape) and uncheck the 'Print drawings created in Word' option (Office button -> Word options -> Display -> Printing options section -> uncheck 'Print drawings created in Word'). If possible, try to open your document on another computer with Office 2007, to make sure it is not one of the Word options.
