Word 2013 formatting/save as issues

Hi there!
Can someone please tell me why, when I try to save an edited Word 2013 document after it has been reformatted from a pdf, the text just....disappears? Anyone?

Op, I found the solution: You have to click on "convert" before saving the file into a folder. Thanks anyways! Phew!
