Hi,
Whenever I select View>Drawing tool, my Word X crashes. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Thank you.

a few things you can try Jan 12, 2005

Several things you can try (in no particular order):
- First of all, make sure you have the latest update (visit MS web site)
- Repair permissions (in Disk Utility)
- Search for and trash Office X preferences
- Check you don't have a Macro Virus
- Reinstall Office.

Delete your normal.dot Jan 12, 2005

It's the most likely source of problems.

If you need to know how to find it, just ask.

Also, if you're like me and customize your Word settings a lot, you should make sure to make backups of your normal.dot because it's easily corrupted and needs to be deleted every now and then.

Best,
Esther
