I am currently working on a PPT translation. The problem is that the file size increases each time I click on the save button in the menu bar. Even if do not change anything in the ppt file, the file size increases when I click on save. The original file was 1,4 MB, now it's already 2,7 MB - and I'm not nearly halfway through. I've had the same problems with other ppt files and also some word files, especially when I was working in track changes mode.

Any help appreciated.

Switch "fast saving" off Jan 27, 2005

The file growth is probably caused by this feature. If you switch this out (in German "Schnellspeicherung zulassen"), the file should not grow that much.

Jerzy
