How to detect textboxes in a Word-file?

In long documents it is not very easy to locate possible textboxes by viewing each page seperately. Is there a function in Word that would find textboxes?

Sub CountTextBoxes()

MsgBox ("Number of textboxes in the document is " & ck)

End Sub

With a little more work you can count them in sections, etc.

Do 'Select all' (Ctrl A) on the document and then scroll through the document. The 'normal' text will be shaded, but the text boxes will not be shaded.

Useful for relatively short documents.
