Jak wystawić fakturę/rachunek dla klienta z Chin?

Witam, prowadzę działalność gospodarczą, ale jeszcze nie jestem VATowcem. mam klienta z Chin i on chce invoice, tylko teraz nie wiem, czy muszę być vatowcem aby móc takie invoice podpisywać? przeczytałam już że na takie usługi jest vat 0% ale czy muszę być vatowcem?

Wystarczy po naszemu napisać Rachunek po angielsku Invoice, nigdzie nie używając skrótu VAT ani nawet takiej kolumny, bo jak wieść niesie, skarbówki nie interesuje VAT państw trzecich (poza UE).

Radziłbym jednak upewnić się, dzwoniąc na infolinię krajowej informacji podatkowej.
