Ustawa o VAT - potrzebuję wersji angielskiej!!! Pomóżcie!!!

Potrzebuję ustawy o VAT w wersji angielskiej, szczególnie jej fragmentu mówiącego o tym, że jestem zobowiązany do wystawiania faktur z 22% VAT WSZYSTKIM klientom, niezależnie od kraju, w którym się znajdują i tego, czy są VAT-owcami czy nie. Pomóżcie, bardzo Was proszę!!! Oto dlaczego:
