Kazali mi zaplacic podatek VAT i tyle. Cla nie placilem. Kupowalem tez liczne programy metoda ESD (electronic software download). W tym przypadku nie placilem ani cla, ani VAT-u. Poniewaz w Polsce obowiazuja te same przepisy, co w reszcie Unii, wiec powinno byc tak samo. Jedyna roznica bedzie w dokladnosci urzednikow skarbowych - nasi nie maja czasu na sprawdzanie drobiazgow po 50 euro... (chyba ze ktos ma pecha)

nigdy cła nie płaciłam

Kupowałam programy, książki i płyty. Nigdy nie płaciłam cła, firmy naliczały jedynie VAT. Należność zwykle ściągali mi z karty, a na moją prośbę dodatkowo przysyłali jeszcze fakturę.
