I noticed some posts here on the subject, but the links were all dead ones!

Some research indicated that The New English-Polish and Polish-English Kosciuszko Foundation Dictionary might contain medical entries, as well.

Information on online and/or traditional resources, preferably with ISBN number, if available, is appreciated.

I wish to thank everyone below for their valuable suggestions and contributions.

Polish-English-Polish medical dictionary by P. Slomski is the largest one AFAIK Oct 11, 2004

You can have a look at it at http://www.lexland.com.pl/produkt/medap.php

You may also have a look at our beta glossary published here
AFAIK this is one of the few, if not the only PL>EN medical glossaries available online.
At this stage it is beta No. 2 and it certainly needs updating. If all goes well next website and dictionary update will happen in 2-3 weeks time, so pls re-check it some time before November.

is a general dictionary and it's worth to have it. It does include some medical terms as well, but not as many as any specialised one.
If you want to test it, you may send some test terms to me and I can look up definitions so you will know if it's what you are looking for.
