I don't "offer" it, because I don't want the commitment without an additional fee. But I do include some formatting, conversion of PDF and images, translation of graphic elements/images, etc. when I think it's important in the document. My billing control system includes several types of communication and confirmations that I know are not regularly practiced in our market. My 'post-sales' attitude is also quite superior (sorry for not being modest) than most colleagues.

And I have received numberless compliemnts and thanks from several clients, delighted with what they consider "additionals" and most translators do not offer. Many of my regular clients may have become regular due to these "extras". ▲ Collapse

It is such an issue in French not to use only the masculine gender to name both women & men. I offer my clients this possibility to give men & women the same presence in writing, by adopting other grammatically correct rules.
I have designed a one day training on this topic.
