Translation, revision/proofreading and localization are the main services I offer, but I have occasionally been involved in terminological research and glossary creation for clients. Over the years I worked on a small number of transcreation projects and lately I have been receiving quite a few requests…

Subtitling, adaptive translation for V. O., revision services, and creative writing, sometimes SEO. And German and English tutoring.

I'm thinking about adding transcreation and copywriting.

Anything to do with the use of English Jun 8

My main services are Interpreting (in all ways), translating (even handwritten medical reports), proofreading, editing, localization, technical writing... anything where English is required at high level.

Have a great day out there.

Nigel.

Besides proofreading and editing:

- Overall language validation consultant (LVC)
- Cognitive debriefing (patient interviews)
- voice-over
- and subtitling, when I have time.

Transcreation
Copywriting
Keyword research
Localization

Recently I have moderated 2 focus groups. The customer needed a person who is fluent in both English and Ukrainian. Basically, I like diversifying my professional activity. I am considering to start training myself for consequtive interpreting (simultaneous seems too challenging and stressful for me).

DTP bundled with translation, for the first 25 years or so using Page Maker (source material on paper), now using Infix to translate (editable) PDF files directly - the program used to create them doesn't matter any more.

Complete video subtitling services and interactive DVD authoring, including (translated) PPT-like slides as menus on the way..

Video dubbing, where I do the translation, and outsource the recording to professional dubbing studios. When the client chooses so, I can edit/mix the "raw" dubbing and assemble the audio track onto the video.

Video editing to translate and replace onscreen titles, charts, graphs, etc. as long as they don't involve animation.
