Using the dictionaries Aug 4, 2005

This is true, Claudia. Some of the dictionaries I have are virtually useless and were certainly not worth the price I paid for them (that's why we really need a dictionary board of some kind where we can rate them -is anybody out there actually listening to this suggestion?)

I must admit, I'm surprised that so many people have so few dictionaries -six new ones arrived for me in the post the other day- and I still have loads on my wish list, but I guess I also prefer a book to an online resource on the whole.
