Irrelevant question Nov 14, 2005

If there were the least possibility that I could attend, I would move mountains to be there--even if the program consisted of "wander around meeting other translators."

Since there is no possibility whatsoever of my attending (due to the location), I have not bothered and will not bother to read about the program. What would that accomplish other than feeling frustrated because I can't go?

Of course, a good conference program is important, and I'm sure a great one has been planned. I wish I could go.

Jane, I know what you mean, I can't go either; reading the program just makes me feel jealousicon_smile.gif Hopefully we'll make it to Buenos Aires next year!
