MA in London
Thread poster: Elisa Noetinger
I intend to start an MA in October, but I still can´t decide between MA Bilingual Translation and MA Audiovisual Translation. As I already have the CIoL DipTrans, I am not sure about doing an MA in translation alone, but something that could add to my skills, like the Audiovisual one. Although I have never worked in subtitling, I find the MA programme very interesting.

Hi, if I could afford it I would also opt for the MA in Audiovisual Translation.
You are lucky if you can decide between more options:)))
What is more, the UK offer such a load of interesting courses that it is real hard to decide.
Sorry for not being able to give you more input. I wish you all the best with your plans.
Greetings from Germany

Hello Lesley and Italia!
Thank you for your answers!
My question was more about whether I should do an MA Bilingual Translation if I already have the CIoL Diploma. I feel a MA in Audiovisual Translation will add more and I will learn something new, if you know what I mean...
Bear in mind I don´t have a first degree, I work since I am 18, oh well!
I am still thinking...
