What form(s) need to be completed to earn the 10 CEU points? Aug 19, 2016

Hi Drew,

Sorry for what might appear to be a dumb question, but could you please spell out what form(s) would actually have to be completed to earn the 10 CEU points, and also what category the CEUs would fall under? (If I remember correctly, there are four different category of CEU points.

Thank you.
