The prestigious Monterey Institute of International Studies, perhaps THE top line school for studying Translation and Interpretation in the US, is giving preferential consideration for Jordanian Fulbright scholars applying through the Binational Fulbright Commission in Jordan.

Please note, however, that the TOEFL of "580 or higher" in the case of Monterey is 600 or higher for the Translation or Interpretation Master's. (Other Monterey programs - Business or International Policy, for instance - will require 550 or higher).
