Hi,
I'm not sure this is the right forum, anyway I try...
As far as you know, is there a webdesign course on-line? I do NOT mean a free webdesign course, I just need a course you can follow at home when you have time, without attending lessons...Thank you!
FGHI

Try Google Dec 27, 2006

Hello, while I can't suggest a particular course or school, I would suggest looking on Google. I typed in web design online and got a lot of hits.

I'm taking a translation program at NYU online, and my friend and his wife both got degrees from University of Phoenix online. These are all located in the U.S. (I'm not sure what country you live in).

Please feel free to contact me directly if you'd like info about my experiences or if I can help you further with your search.

Try www.oreilly.com Dec 27, 2006

Hi. You might already know that O'Reilly is a great computer book/media publisher, a simple search of its site turned out many hits:

I sent you an email with links to NYU online and University of Phoenix online. If you don't get them, can't read them, or need further info, please let me know!

A free web design course Dec 28, 2006

I don't know of any paid courses, but if you find any, please let us know. In the mean time, why not take a free course?

Read this (and try to just absorb the terminology):
http://w3schools.com/web/default.asp
http://w3schools.com/site/site_intro.asp

Then, start by reading this:
http://www.webstyleguide.com/index.html?/

Then read this:
http://w3schools.com/

Then browse this:
http://www.useit.com/

And finally, read this:

Hi Samuel,
Thank you for your links.
About "paid courses", maybe you misunderstood me: I did not mean I wanted to be paid to attend the course, I just meant I wanted to pay.
