I like the idea of formalising the circled WTF. I'd be tempted to get a little rubber stamp made.

...too bad we can't use these in Track Changes. Maybe some clever person could figure out how to do that?

Does anyone out there want to suggest how we can add some or all of these to Track Changes or our toolbars?? Maybe it's sad, but I see lots of texts that warrant a good WTF ...
