The athor of the recent ProZ questionnaire about how to protect your business, apparently, does not.
Otherwise, questions such as this:

Would have used check boxes (logical AND) rather than radio buttons (logical OR).
Using radio buttons in this question (and in a few others as well) means that you expect that someone only uses a firewall OR antivirus software OR backs up the system, etc. Since, with radio buttons, only one choice can be selected. No possibility of selecting the rather more logical AND (I use a hardware firewall AND a software firewall AND antivirus software AND back up my data, etc.)
What's the point of displaying a questionnaire that is so badly designed? ▲ Collapse
