I often find questions in Russian, Japanese, Chinese, etc. which display gibberish. How do you facilitate their viewing? Is there a proprietary proz.com font-file to download that will enable this?

You have to go to your browser menu and select the appropriate encoding. On late versions of Internet Explorer, it is:

View > Encoding > (Language)
