\"Add a note\" doesn\'t work

When I try to add a note to my previously posted answer, nothing happens: the next screen that comes up does not contain my message. After several futile attemts, had to use \"Propose an answer\" instead, which is sort of misleading. I know that others have had the same problem before.

Hope it\'s just a temporary bug!

I have experienced the same problem on several occasions...sometimes it works...sometimes not!
