My website is down and has been for days...

I posted this, but then saw that there is already a thread discussing this.

Surely there is a proz problem somewhere when so many websites are not working??

I've been having the same problems as Tina. I submitted several support requests; only one has been answered so far, but things have changed since and I have been left with no answers whatsover, although I've posted several replies asking for help. I am completely stuck and I don't know what to do. I hope that writing in this forum will help move things quickly, since I am very dissatisfied with the service as it stands now.
